Why we collect it (legal bases)

- Legal compliance (e.g., tax, accounting, consumer protection).
- Consent for optional cookies, marketing, or beta programs.
Google Business Profile integration
EziStack may offer Google Business Profile integration features for users, agencies, and authorised clients who choose to connect a Google Business Profile through Google OAuth. These features may allow an authorised user to view available Google Business Profile accounts and locations, select a business location for an EziStack site, prepare Google Business Profile post drafts, request client approval, publish approved posts, manage related media, view connection status, and disconnect access.
Google data we may access
When you connect a Google Business Profile, we may access the Google Business Profile data you authorise through Google, such as account and location identifiers, business listing information, post and media information, review or performance information where enabled, and OAuth tokens needed to keep the integration connected.
How we use Google Business Profile data
We use Google Business Profile data only to provide and maintain the Google Business Profile features requested by you or your authorised users. For example, we may use it to show available business locations, connect a selected location to an EziStack site, create drafts, publish approved Google Business Profile posts, show connection status, troubleshoot errors, and allow you to disconnect the integration.
Storage and security for Google data
Google OAuth tokens and API secrets are stored separately in encrypted database fields. Google Business Profile post drafts, approval records, media, published snapshots, logs, and short-lived cache files may be stored in the relevant site's normal storage location. We do not store Google OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, authorisation codes, or raw approval tokens in site storage.
Sharing and sale of Google data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google Business Profile data with third parties except as needed to provide the EziStack service, comply with law, protect the service, or use trusted service providers that help us operate EziStack under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Disconnecting Google access
You can disconnect a Google Business Profile integration from within EziStack where the feature is available. You may also revoke EziStack's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting may stop future access, syncing, publishing, or management actions for the connected Google Business Profile location.
Facebook Pages and Meta integrations
EziStack may offer Facebook Page publishing features for users, agencies, and authorised clients who choose to connect a Facebook Page through Meta/Facebook Login. These features may allow an authorised user to view Facebook Pages they are permitted to manage, select a Page for an EziStack site, create and schedule Facebook Page post drafts, approve or reject scheduled posts, publish approved posts, view lightweight publishing history, and disconnect access.
Meta/Facebook data we may access
When you connect a Facebook Page, we may access the Meta/Facebook data you authorise through Facebook Login, such as your Facebook profile identifier, the list of Facebook Pages you can manage, Page identifiers, Page names, granted Page permissions, Page access tokens needed to publish approved posts, publishing status, Facebook post IDs, and Facebook post URLs where available.
How we use Meta/Facebook data
We use Meta/Facebook data only to provide and maintain the Facebook Page publishing features requested by you or your authorised users. For example, we may use it to show available Pages, connect a selected Page to an EziStack site, queue approved scheduled posts, publish approved Facebook Page posts, show publishing history, troubleshoot errors, and allow you to disconnect the integration.
Storage and security for Meta/Facebook data
Meta app secrets, OAuth tokens, and Page access tokens are stored separately in encrypted database fields. Facebook Page post drafts, approval workflow records, media, and short-lived logs may be stored in the relevant site's normal storage location. After a scheduled post is successfully published, EziStack is designed to remove the local draft, workflow, and uploaded media files for that post and keep only lightweight publishing history such as the publish date, Facebook Page name, Facebook post ID, Facebook post URL where available, and status.
Sharing and sale of Meta/Facebook data
We do not sell Meta or Facebook user data. We do not use Meta/Facebook data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes. We do not share Facebook Page data with third parties except as needed to provide the EziStack service, comply with law, protect the service, or use trusted service providers that help us operate EziStack under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Disconnecting and deleting Meta/Facebook data
You can disconnect Facebook Page access inside EziStack where the feature is available. You may also revoke EziStack's access from your Facebook or Meta account settings. You can request deletion of Facebook/Meta integration data by contacting support@ezistack.com or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
Pinterest integrations
EziStack may offer Pinterest publishing features for users, agencies, and authorised clients who choose to connect a Pinterest account through Pinterest OAuth. These features may allow an authorised user to connect their Pinterest account, view and select Pinterest boards, create Pin drafts, upload or select Pin media, submit Pins for approval, schedule approved Pins, publish approved Pins, view lightweight publishing history, and disconnect access.
Pinterest data we may access
When you connect Pinterest, we may access the Pinterest data you authorise through Pinterest, such as your Pinterest account identifier, board identifiers, board names, Pin identifiers, Pin publishing status, Pin URLs where available, and OAuth tokens needed to keep the integration connected.
How we use Pinterest data
We use Pinterest data only to provide and maintain the Pinterest publishing features requested by you or your authorised users. For example, we may use it to show available boards, connect a selected board to an EziStack site, create Pin drafts, publish approved Pins, show publishing history, troubleshoot errors, and allow you to disconnect the integration.
Storage and security for Pinterest data
Pinterest OAuth tokens and API secrets are stored separately in encrypted database fields. Pinterest Pin drafts, approval workflow records, media, scheduling data, and short-lived logs may be stored in the relevant site's normal storage location.
After a Pin is successfully published, EziStack is designed to remove the local draft, workflow, and uploaded media files for that Pin and keep only lightweight publishing history such as the publish date, Pinterest board name, Pin ID, Pin URL where available, and status.
Sharing and sale of Pinterest data
We do not sell Pinterest user data. We do not use Pinterest data for unrelated advertising, profiling, or analytics. We do not share Pinterest data with third parties except as needed to provide the EziStack service, comply with law, protect the service, or use trusted service providers that help us operate EziStack under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Disconnecting and deleting Pinterest data
You can disconnect Pinterest access inside EziStack where the feature is available. You may also revoke EziStack's access from your Pinterest account settings. You can request deletion of Pinterest integration data by contacting support@ezistack.com or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate EziStack (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payments). They process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. FastSpring acts as Merchant of Record for payments and may collect and process your personal data as an independent controller for tax and compliance purposes.
International transfers
We may store and process data in the UK, EEA, and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Portability of your data in a structured format.
- Withdraw consent at any time for activities based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Security
We employ industry‑standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
EziStack is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Marketing
We won’t send you marketing emails without your consent where required. You can unsubscribe at any time.
